The controls on the book shelves at the library are highly intuitive. They contain arrow keys that indicate direction and an octagon that resembles the universal shape of a "stop" sign. They also have appropriate choices of color: green for the arrows that suggest movement, and red for the stop button which suggests a pause, interruption, a "stop"; common associations with traffic lights.
