This sign informs pedestrians, students, and campus goers that the parking lot is designed not only for aesthetic but also for managing wastewater in an eco-friendly way. It's placement next to the DMF building that houses many of the offices and classrooms of the STEM faculty and its parking lot make this a great demonstration of what students learn in STEM put into action. This sign enriches student life by attracting both visitor and student to consider a career in STEM, and is thus an effective form of technical communication.
