The flyer pictured here is located on the ground floor of Maxwell Library, on the bulletin board next the the staircase. It describes the Interloan Library Process for BSU. The flyer is not effective, as it is not large enough and the font is not easy-to-read. It would be more appropriate as a bookmark or pamphlet rather than a flyer.
