Description
The Quixote's menu at the cafeteria presents itself as a successful example of technical communication in terms of design. It contains large font so people can read it from far away, it has the prices for every items, and it lists all available ingredients that kitchen has.
It fails in terms of delivery. The menu is a slideshow; every page is a slide. The flaw is on the speed. Each slide (or page) only shows for 3 seconds or less; not enough time to read the full screen. To reach the bottom of one screen, we have to wait for the slide to run twice or three times.
To make it successful, they should add more time to each slide.
